If we're being real though...

Doffy fought 1 round of Boundman after having his organs shredded by Gamma Knife.
And it ended with Luffy struggling to even stand up after G4, while Doffy was rampaging needing a country to stall him.

Kata on the other hand, fought Boundman after getting his glassjaw kicked by base Luffy (literally the first hit Luffy lands). Luffy got pummeled by Kata's awakening and didnt land anything after the first barrage.
Yet Luffy walked away just fine, escaped through the mirrorworld and was running away from Linlin, Perospero, Amande etc,. w/o any haki.
