Giants allied with Nika in the second world so seems to me like the WG tried to pull one over Nika by utilizing Harald in a way.
Folks assumed that the Holy Knights asked Loki to join them as they are tryna strengthen their forces but wonder if them asking Loki to join them was out of courtesy for Harald or maybe a promise they made to him to at least spare one of his sons. In which case the special bounty on Loki's head might be somewhat similar to the "only alive" bounty the WG put on Sanji's head coz of Judge.
Harald could've been a means by which they planned to manipulate the Giant populace to join their side and considering everybody seemed to love Harald it would've been a strong possibility. I do wonder if the Nika being the god of destruction thing is also some sort of propaganda the WG have spread over the decades to kinda to make it easier to manipulate the giants.
Harald seems like an interesting character in the grey zone (not necessarily black or white) so looking forward to getting to know about his motivations and seeing his backstory.

Imo there are 2 arcs left. OP arc (a battle royal between the 4 yonkos looking for the man with the burn scar and the OP, while the revos fight the word goverment). And Final War arc (Luffy and co vs the entire world goverment).
