Scopper will break the Thorns on the children by hugging them with the "Power of Love"/White Haki. Law foreshadowed this with his White Haki against Doc Q.
Scopper = Sanji parallel.
Sanji = Kind to Women and Children
Scopper = Parent of Colun
Sanji = Constantly damage over protecting people
Scopper will use White Haki like Law's to "break" the Devil Fruit Thorn Curse.
IMO this Curse is the same as Doc Q's Diseases, functionally: you need enough Haki to break through. I don't think it spreads, though. BUT, thorns blossom like flowers, so the Thorns spreading is possible. (EOS Cavendish vs Sommers? Sexy Man who loves Roses vs Thorny Parent Murdering Mean Man?).
The Giant kids just don't have enough Haki to break through the Curse.
I thought about Scopper breaking the curse by "Cutting nothing", but that's Zoro's territory.
Scopper will hug Colun, which will break the Thorns through the "Power of Love".
Sanji foreshadowed this by refusing to attack S-Shark in Egghead. As a child, Sanji inherently hated violence. While Zoro is willing to beat up women and children if necessary (look at this attacks on S-Hawk), Sanji is too kind to hurt a child.
Sanji didn't attack S-Shark BECAUSE Sanji knew doing so would hurt Nami. It was kindness, not weakness. Nami struggled to attack S-Shark through Egghead, and Sanji noticed this, and didn't fight back. Do I like it personally? No, but it fits his character.
Sanji was attacked by a child and didn't fight back.
Gyaban will willingly take on the Thorns, and be pricked, in order to free Colun; he will take on pain to save his child. Kindness. Love.
I expect wounded Gyaban to show Sommers what real Haki looks like, rather than Regen Hax.
Also, I believe the Giant Wife Monsters are foreshadowing Ripley's reaction to seeing Sommers hurt her family.
Nami and Robin's core themes in One Piece are both family. Nami's flashback was her losing her mother she knew. Robin's flashback was her losing the mother she had just met.
Both will be disgusted by Sommer's behavior.
Sommers vs Sanji + Nami + Robin. The more Nami and Robin get hurt in the fight, the stronger Sanji will be. One of them will go down, and, IMO, we'll finally see it:
Sanji's number is 3, and, in this color spread, he's between Luffy and Zoro, who already have CoC.
IMO, this wasn't a mistake, this was Oda trolling.
Sommers is the exact kind of asshole to push Sanji over the edge.
Egghead and Elbaph have introduced the Abyss: IMO, this is the source of "Evil" Haki.
Black Haired Sanji will tap into the power of the Abyss, to get revenge on Sommers after Robin/Nami are hurt (
@Doggo @Warchief Sanji D Goat )
Sanji has gone "evil" twice.
In Onigashima, he became fearful when he though he hurt a woman.
In Egghead, he became furious, then cocky, when someone tried to hurt a woman.
In Elbaph, Sanji will watch a woman get hurt, and break from it.
If Sommers put a thorn on Sanji, and it hurts Robin/Nami... Well? Sanji = 3. Third Time's the charm.
Black Haired Sanji is emerging from the Black Flames of the Abyss to mess Sommers up:
Straw Hat Warrior of Science: Abyss Black
Man might even kick Gunko if Nami's seriously injured.
Robin got injured in Egghead: I think Nami's about to get Thorned, and Sanji is going to flip his eyebrows, and lid.
Will make a thread on this soon, once the chapter is out.
