So if I was only going to count Imu and the CDs, it would go Imu>Five Elders>Shamrock>The other Holy Knights

But if I was going to count the WG as a whole, then it would go Imu>Sakazuki and the other Admirals>Five Elders>Shamrock>The other Holy Knights.

Garling not going be weaker than Sakazuki i doubt shamrock is .
We talking about Shanks brother and father and if Oda wank to them like how he does shanks it will be crazy .
