To me the HK seem to have two different jobs that they do.

The first is to settle disputes among the other CD.

And the other is being sent out to fight for the WG and to subjugate countries that are not part of the WG and force them to join.

IDK, the dialogue when both were summoned seems to imply Kilingham was sent to replace Shamrock. He ordered Shamrock back to the Holy Land while Sommers seemed confused.

Likewise, Kilingham is an awakened mythical dragon zoan. He's got the most pedigree going for him so far.

Actually the dialogue implies Sommers is the one sent to replace Shamrock. Killingham was the backup
