Gunko is either Brook's daughter or the daughter of a person Brook befriended at some point when he was alive. That, and Brooke was either a God's Knight or a candidate for one.

Indeed. As goofy as he may seem, the fact he's called "Killingham", makes it clear he shouldn't be underestimated.

Fantastic chapter. Really great stuff from Gaban, strength and character-wise. He's been amazing so far and he's turned into a really solid character. Future Sight and ACOC is just amazing, but being rusty and not being able to get there quite quick enough to save his son was tragic. Now with Imu here, we can get some serious showings from them whilst also having a being powerful enough for Luffy to clash with, maybe Loki too. I wonder if Imu can fix up Sommers, if so the Monster Trio may all get match-ups. Chopper will likely play support, treating Gaban then running intel to Luffy and co. about how to overcome the Holy Knights' immortality. Also nice that Brook will be getting more focus.

Do you think Shamrock is playing a double game?

Perhaps Shamrock is working with Shanks and needs to keep his cover.
He and Gunko know that the Strawhats are in Elbaf and definitely want to prevent the Giants children from being kidnapped

Shamrock certainly knows that time passes slowly in Elbaf and faster outside.
He told Sommers that they should play a game. Kidnap the children and blackmail the giants.

To me, it seemed that he was basically the Igaram to Gunko's Vivi.
