Brawlers have no means of incapacitating them, unless Oda allows punches to rip their bodies apart and keep them like that.
But it will not be allowed in any fight where HKs take many hits.

it was always a weird agenda to push Luffy being nerfed on Egghead to excuse his pathetic performance.

It can be done because they regenerate but if it stays there, the fight ends too fast...
It is plausible among weaponized combatants because they do not take clean hits often.
