I'm kinda split on the whole earth god thing and BB.
Like, if Oda actually manages to build up and actually show in decent detail the lore of the first world (while building nice, but not overly heavy-handed parallels with the current one) and the whole Nika situation from at least sorta interesting positions, I think the earth god may be kinda acceptable as the fv: as in, the first phase is Imu (as a vessel of the earth god) with their own Joyboy-era character drama, then he gets beaten and the earth devil manifests, with the narrative conflict now shifting towards that of the first world.
In this case I'm not expecting anything with the gravitas of something Fromsoftware-esque, for instance, but some proper build-up and substance would be required. If Oda puts some effort in, it could be decent.
But Teach just seems to be such a captivating and iconic fit for the endgame in my eyes.
