Big Mom has a whole country of sons and daugthers and only Katakuri got CoC. Perospero, the oldest son, also doesn't have CoC. I guess it's not that easy to inherit

People are annoyed by Jinbes inaction constantly and disillusioned by his importance so he’s easy to rag on since hes done nothing but provide commentary for like 2 arcs now.
