I agree, partly. We have yet to see how this plays out. And it's not like a Yonko invading a country wouldn't be easy. Who would've stopped a Shanks that intended to conquer Elbaf? Neither did the second strongest country (Wano) do anything to stop Kaido, because it was impossible. It's not yet a "god tier feat" imo.

I don’t think Sanji was laughing when he had to save Bonney/Kuma. S-Shark certainly was serious after Sanji was able to easily block him.

Sanji gaining the ability to deactivate his own germa genes also was very serious.
