Gaban and Rayleigh never looked competitive like Zoro and Sanji, and Rayleigh is not that similar to Zoro

Just something I have been noticing, Oda seem hell-bent on make Roger Trio = Luffy Trio

Much like Roger wasn't too much like Luffy until later

The Gorosei downplay has gone too far.
Oda needed one of Joyboy's crewmates to save the Strawhats from the Gorosei. Zoro and Sanji couldn't do much to them even if they weren't using regen, at least Luffy had team rocket'ed them a couple times.

Zoro/Sanji isn't above any Gorosei without regen
Kid/Law could give them a good fight since they're rusty, but I don't think they win
Yamato isn't either
And BTW, Warcury has no portrayal to be on another level compared to the rest, and the idea that Garling is stronger then any of them is entirely headcanon

That's a good question. Could it be that this mysterious Mosa character resides up there and that's why Loki and Mosa never saw each other before? Maybe Loki and the "normal Giants" are forbidden to go up there, a little parallel to how the Upper Yard on Skypea was forbidden for everybody else but Enel and his priests.

I am probably far off here, just a spontaneous thought.

We like to clown on Oden but wouldn’t bleed like a pig from 80 years old Garp or need assistance to put him down. He would never twerk from some haki miles away either this man was taking on Kaido and his entire army if we follow logic that all of Zoro abilities belong to Oden Luzan is nothing more than one shot material.

Just because Oda was stuffing the character in our face doesnt mean the character himself was that bad, if we are talking about PIS shit then almost all characters have it. A lot of people don’t realize how badly she would be plot nerfed if she joined the crew lol

IMO this means Yamato ends up the 4th strongest Straw Hat (barring Loki joining).

Roger >>> Ralyeigh => Gyaban > Oden > Sunbell?
Luffy >>> Zoro => Sanji > Yamato > Jinbei

Oden being 4th is also oddly poetic, as "4" is associated with death in Japan, and Oden was Roger's first top subordinate to die (though after Roger).
