The alliance doesn't just mean the strawhats though. The strawhats were mostly fine and had been partying for a couple days,with the exception of Luffy(who had g5 taking his energy) and Zoro(who took the mink medacine) and even they had woken up at this point. If king and queen were at the point that they needed much more recovery, they wouldn't be trying to fight Aramaki anyway(and that seems to be their current state now in the Yamato cover story, because Who's who took over)

The whoswho argument doesn't work, Yamato starts her pilgraminge after the SHs leave when they're fully healed .. (roughly a month has passed) again the panel I shared states the heroes (Luffy + Zoro + Jinbei etc.) are the heroes they are not 100 %
