Zoro being dumb as a gag doesnt bother me at all.
Its one piece. Is what makes the character funny and endearing. Like the lunarian joke in egghead

You don’t need ACoC to hurt a CD, its merely the only way for a normal human to do it.

In Wano, Luffy and Zoro hurt Kaido with haki while Kid and Law fought BM with DF powers. Killer even hurt Kaido using a special weapon.

It will be the exact same for the CDs. Luffy and Zoro will damage them via ACoC. Sanji will probably get it too since Gaban had it. The rest of the SHs either damage CDs via DFs or special weapons.

Brook’s DF could be hax when awakened. Zeus could potentially be awakened as well. The rest might be reliant on some special weapon by Vegapunk or Nika/haki sharing from Luffy.

We know Noland was travelling the whole world and saved lots of places

And Elbaf will have a Usopp focused part and Nolan’s is also kind of linked to Usopp so it would make sense to have Noland somewhat involved in this arc

(but I share the feeling that Noland perfect record and flashback should he handled carefully by Oda and he will likely make it worse if he add new things now)
