Zoro didnt learn any new haki ever since he come out of the TS beside coc and acoc in wano. Like he had coo and coa with black hardening ever since out of the ts.
In wano Luffy learns about internal descrution and emission of armament, just to figure out acoc, which is a upgraded version of emission, and he knew previously he had coc and trained to how to use it.
Zoro basiacly skipped 3 steps so i guess thats the explanation if i needed to headcanon it

Yeah, that is about it with your scalings from mid to mid high to high to extreme diff.

Well I see Gaban as capable but I'm far from overly impressed. Basically Sanji EoS. Marco is very strong but Oden was obviously far stronger and Ace had around WB potential, perhaps was a "51-52" when he died young.

Guys like Zoro, or Law, far outshines a Sanji. There were other guys who outdid Gaban even if he was/is a legend in his own right same as Sanji is a 1B pirate but there are those much more dangerous.

The point was Gaban moved so fast nobody saw him or the attack. Of course we wouldn't see black lightning.
