Apparently ZBoys think Gaban not mentioning Sanji somehow means that Sanji doesn't have CoC.

Do these clowns know that Oda won't reveal Sanji getting CoC in a very casual by having Gaban tell him he has it.

It's obvious that if Oda reveals Sanji getting CoC, it will be during an actual fight not through some casual conversation.
