Is this the same time that Loki wanted to join Rocks or does that happen later? IIRC Rocks was famous when Loki wants to join him suggesting that either Rocks already had gained great fame before 48 years ago or he came to visit Harald multiple times.

If its the same time then it means Loki was 15 at that time or 5 years old in human age.

Garp is a close combat fighter primarily. He failed to contain Shiki's strength and keep him checked in a 2v1 with Prime Bumgoku. That fight ended Garp's career. Half of Marineford was literally wrecked.
