Shiki - Crocodile: Lost limbs replaced by weapons, smoke cigars, bad-mouthed, in search of Ancient Weapons, both possibly being the first real challenges in Roger's/Luffy's path
Kaido - Moria: Self-evident per their rivalry, possible Ancient Giant lineage (horns) and being sore about their defeats to Roger/Luffy (Kaido mentions having personal beef with Roger in 1096, most likely because he squashed him at some point)
Linlin/Gloriosa - Hancock: either strongest woman in the world parallel or Kuja parallel. Both work.
Buckingham Stussy - Weevil: self-evident

The other members (John, Ochoku, Silver Axe, Gill Bastar, the half-elephant zombie guy) aren't as important but they might have counterparts as well. And you also have Doflamingo, Law and other ex-Warlords as other potential Cross Guild recruits in the future so it might play into that.

Now you can say oda can prove Zoro and Sanji surpassed God Valley Shiki and Whitebeard by making them equal to prime Whitebeard and Shiki. Fair enough regardless the points the same.

The point is we don’t know if that was a big or small change. We have zero metric for when Zoro and Sanji would surpass the Rox versions. so oda will either have to have them be stated comparable to their prime version, or surpass their prime version.
