According to SBS and Vivre Card, Fujitora was from Yaoi Kingdom (Grand Line) and later worked in West Blue, while Shiryu was also from Grand Line.
Kinda missed opportunity, they weren't born in Wano.

Another good one is dudes trying to claim Dressrosa is thousands of miles long. Like dawg, we’ve gotten multiple aerial views of Dressrosa can can clearly see that the island is mostly just a few small cities and some farmland. How can you look at this and think the island is the size of the entire US? At least with the Alabasta nonsense, I can understand the logic somewhat. But with this one, you’re just straight trolling or are in serious need of a brain transplant

hmm yeah. I wonder about the old Gandhi Gorosei tbh. I know Oda likes making characters not from Wano based on Japan style, but he seems a bit too much

Most islands in One Piece are just a little bigger than city sized. Most islands have the city taking up like 50% of the land. Water 7 and Enies Lobby were both just an island city. Thriller Bark was just a few buildings and a small forest. MF was like 75% city. Dressrosa is like 50% city. Zou is 50% city (seriously, how tf do the Minks feed themselves? They got no farmland and it’s a 10k vertical trip down to the ocean, with no trade with the outside world), and Egghead is just a city island. Only large islands so far are Alabasta, Wano, and maybe Lulusia and Goa

I don´t want to start a big argument about parallels, and it´s not 1-1 so I can agree to disagree, but

Loki and Oden were both warriors who ended up being tied to great pirates. Harald eventually became a legitmate ruler of Elbaf, I´d say it´s different in that sense. Rocks landing on Elbaf is similar to WB ending on Wano
