Btw, don't go for oral minox. Use it as a spray instead

Infact if you really want to do something then get a serum - redensyl ones.

And, have biotin 1000 mcg + and amino profile+ multivitamins+ hair massage with gentle hands to improve blood circulation
I hate topical min. So not a possibility

It’s crazy to me how people are so scared of finasteride when the side effects are like a 1-5% chance of low libido and weak erections but will hop on oral minoxidil which literally has a 1% chance of giving you pericardial effusion and just fucking killing you
I dived into this world when 7 years ago I was given Accutane for scalp folliculitis. Can't describe what that drug has done to me. It took me 2 yrs to recover. That doctor should pay me to this day.

Heavy permanent hair loss was a side that remained for yrs after. I believe I recovered decently but I never fully recovered and who knows what will happen in my 30s.

I decided against Finasterid, Dutasterid, minox etc.

Btw: The accutane has done jack against the folliculitis.

What about finasteride
I’ve taken finasteride for like 3 months with 0 issues.

DHT is a useless hormone after puberty and just slowly deteriorates your hair, skin, and gives you prostate cancer. Even if there were a purpose for it finasteride only blocks 70% of it so you’d still probably be in the healthy range.

The reason some people get side effects on finasteride is because when you block testosterone from breaking down into dht the excess can be converted to estradiol/estrogen
@MarineHQ

I actually think fin/dut is way safer than oral minox which was a freaking blood pressure for people with cardiovascular/heart issues lol

Ive already gone bad. I whilst I can pull it off....I look 1000× better with hair:kayneshrug:
If you still have hair folicles then you can go for some treatment....

But increase biotin in your diet. Normal multivitamins don't have biotin in that quantity.

And, it's water soluble vitamin which means excess intake will simply washed out from body through urine.

Consult a doctor before taking it.... there are biotin capsules of 5000 mcg, 10000 mcg and 1000 mcg.

balanced diet...and cardio with occasional head massage with gentle hands should be your daily habits.
