New Wano is still Wano, and Ryuma’s tomb might have been located in an area that remained above sea level.

As for the magazine, it holds little weight. If Oda wants Ryuma to be from the Void Century, he can absolutely make it fit. Nothing rules it out.

They are explicitly called "World Nobles".

Don't really see why Ryuma's grave would be built towards the top of an extremely steep mountain, but sure.

The magazine is worth considering imo since literally nothing goes against it, there isn't any evidence at all that Ryuma is from the void century.
