If Kizaru is going to be forced out of the story, BB is literally the only character capable of it. This is lowkey like the Post Nuke Meruem moment for Oda, he knew no one will have to bring Kizaru down in the future so he just made him unbeatable especially with his Egghead showings (FS and Snakeman can't counter him, G5 can't even bleed him, nerfed and by mistake defeats Luffy, moves so fast that Saturn and no one else notices he moved all the way around the island and back) because he won't have to solve the issue of how any top tier can deal with him, I can't even imagine how Akainu can do it. Teach is a direct counter, Darkness will consume Light again. The other option is Kizaru simply never gets defeated.
Shanks says Teach waited until he had the "power" to make a move. If Teach was able to eat more than one devil fruit since the day he became a pirate, he wouldn't be waiting for anything. This would imply that Teach is able to have more devil fruits due to something related to the Yami, which gave him the "power" he needed.

The og trio not being the best but having decent enough swordsmanship. We already know kizaru and aokiji can create swords just using their element and imo Akainu might be able to do the same

We know Aramaki’s tattoo hints at suicide and death of a loved one. So maybe the sword originally belonged to a girl he really loved whether familial or romantic. Her death being what made the blade black with Aramaki deciding to hold it as a part of her. He can probably use it too but only when pushed to
Mihawk back in his youth definitely went through some big loss with it being tied to the betrayal he felt. Maybe after that lost he learned how black blades are permanently made and decided to try and achieve it. If he wasn’t strong enough he’d just kill himself but if he was he’d be able to overcome death and become one with yoru. If he didn’t try to kill himself what if the person that betrayed him used his own sword and literally stabbed him in the back leaving him to die. With the same effect either way. That maybe explaining his double ringed eyes because he and yoru are 1
