it was also made clear that shockwave swordsmanship is a realy high form of Swordsmanship. first of all the whole concept of not cutting is already high skilled swordsmanship. its harder not to cut than to cut. then also the fact that Brook literally hypes Zoro and Ryuma up that they can use it as a physical feat (makes sense why Zoro always trains his body to become the strongest)

we first need to see how injured Xebec was, that will be a agenda breaking point. if he is just clean then Admiral Agenda might take a step back until some Admiral of this gen showes his full Power

Well that's the thing, the black blade sword upgrade only increases the hardness/durabilty/sharpness of the blade itself, which is useless for the best haki users because their blades don't even touch so it's not that they can't make a black blade it's just that it would take too much work for something that wouldn't help them in any way.
