Well that's the thing, the black blade sword upgrade only increases the hardness/durabilty/sharpness of the blade itself, which is useless for the best haki users because their blades don't even touch so it's not that they can't make a black blade it's just that it would take too much work for something that wouldn't help them in any way.

thats not all to it, thats just waht we know at this moment, you have to question yourself how can it be that Blackblade Powerrup for Zoro comes after everything. simple reson the strongest Powerup comes last, whatever it is its stronger than acoc, fs, acoa

tbh I dont think its that 1 side, I dont think they actually tag teamed him 2v1 but I also dont think it was a clean 1v1. maybe something like Luffy has going on with his oponents were he always has help in some kind of way. maybe Garp and Roger even switched mid fight.

Zoro already had a black blade in his hands and the only difference he felt was that the blade was heavier and more durable, it's just a meaningless side quest for sword aura farmers, it's useless in a fight where your blades/fists don't even touch.
