People need to realize how powerful the advanced haki types are. Not even 10 characters will either have FS or ID CoA and barely anyone will have both.
Same with WIFI haki and what's still to come.
If you are downplaying Luffy 24/7, then you will also downplay the fact, that advanced hakis are extremely powerful and useful.
It's why Kaido called Luffy's CoA out besides his unusual fighting style and CoC.
In the whole of Wano, where guys train their haki flow for a living, no one could use ID CoA.
And now we see more and more that high top tiers aren't touching when clashing, Kamusaris get thrown around and Rocks now even is a shockwave man and it does not need a genius to figure out that all of this is going to be ID CoA related, cause afterall it's the peak ability of that haki branch.

Xebec literally subordinated all Yonko and required two pirate kings to stop him. This guy destroyed the Gates of Justice and laid eyes on Imu. No mere modern day pirate is even close to this guy’s level lmfao. Xebec is literally what modern pirate fans hallucinate their favorites as being, this guy is what all modern pirates aspired towards but miserably failed at becoming.
Compared to Luffy vs. Kaido (no touch adv CoC), I think Harald vs. Xebec is visually better and also stronger... Xebec sees Harald as his equal, to the point where he believes he could defeat the entire WG/Navy with Harald's help.

Before people use this to say Xebec+Harald stronger than all of the World Govenrment, Marines, Imu etc?

If Harald joined Xebec and went into the flower room with Xebec? Imu would have one-shot Xebec at worst after he barely defeated a enhanced Harald. Or, more likely, if Harald is Xebecs equal, after a Imu buff Harald would just kill Xebec outright.
