Tbh Boa Hancock and The Kuja Pirates would've made for Great Antagonist in Post Timeskip Era of One Piece. Encountering a powerful crew of skilled Haki users who hate Men would've been a great stepping stone before fighting Emperor Crews. And then maybe you have Boa Hancock Fall in love with Luffy after She's Defeated. Have the Entire crew pushed to their Absolute limit, For Sanji I guess you could have him choose between protecting his crewmates or his morals at an intense level for the first time. Get Boa Hancock Fleshed out backstory and everything. A lot of wasted potential..........
Marguerite should have joined the crew and Boa providing Kuja for Luffy as setup for his grand fleet and she's the "queen of it".
Amazon Lily was the PERFECT place for Sanji to train and overcome his own issues and truly understand, respect and love women too. To not see them as helpless maidens. Kick based fighting styles, haki, all women, Kuja/feminine cooking styles, hell maybe connect it to Sora (his mum) too or not.
As you said the ultimate moral test for Sanji especially if Boa petrified Nami or Robin or both and tried to destroy them permanently or any SH at least.

I remember when some people expected Boa to come to Wano or even to Egghead after the Blackbeard incident.
Boa meeting S-Snake should have been an extremely traumatic, enraging moment for her and a brutal wake up call but Oda barely did anything with it.
