If you think a much much weaker dfless Kaidou could push Xebec past negative difficulty, you should not be taken seriously in any discussion.

That's Hanafuda and Moria upscale, we know Moria got depressed and a lot weaker, and that Hanafuda lost too, so he may have also been depressed and a lot weaker

He's an incoherent mess because Togashi thought he was cooking with the 7 personalities, it really just makes each version of him dumber than the last.

"You really don't have a chance, for I am the TRUE SENSUI, Personality #4, the STRONGEST!"
Repeat until Yusuke unlocks his literal demon king DNA that pushes him beyond an S-class fighter, so far that Hiei says Sensui has no chance against this edgy shitty power up.

I'm using the exceptions to show you that bounty scaling is stupid.
Some bounties are accurate, some aren't.
But I typically wouldn't use them to scale unless there's a lot of evidence to back them up, i.e King being Kaido's RHM, fighting Zoro who's very slightly above Sanji, being named after a card that's equal to Queen's card in most games, etc.
There's no evidence for Vergo > teen Kaido. There can be evidence for PH Law > teen Kaido, but not Vergo. Vergo is just a standard Vet and he likely wouldn't be seen as special to Rocks in any way.

Don’t fall for it—Hanafunda was a fan of Kaidou’s strength, and Moriah was destroyed by Kaidou, who even had a grave dug for him. Not to mention the fights were so brutal that Moriah’s entire crew was wiped out unilaterally.

I don't mind the multi personality thing since iirc it is a real life mental illness and the multiple personalities were kind of fun imo.
But also, what about his backstory? What about his relationships with the other members of his team?

Disagree on everything except Yusukes power up. That one felt BS.
