I dont this is the issue. The issue is that Saturn makes very clear statements about Kuma being the last Buccaneer and yet he apparently knows who Blackbeard is related to. And if its Rocks they absolutely know he's related to the Davy clan too because Rocks literally outs himself to Imu like a dumbass.

The ONLY way its not a plot hole is if thr CDs dont know the Davy Clan are also Buccaneers. If Teach's mom says it for example, then fine, but if its a CD that says it then this is an actual plothole
