I think it's nerona stuff all over again.

-> Imu, head of Nerona Family
-> Gunko part of nerona family -> Later became Imu host.

Mihawk maybe a direct or Indirect descendent of Nerona Family in grandline.

Also I don't know why the term blade is used with her, she doesn't even use a blade.
Figarland garling was suited much more.

Most Japanese mangas have light-Dark themes , they teach kids from young age life is not vanilla .
