Proof Kaido was in same location as Big Mom at that point , he actually arrived from opposite direction of where Shiki was who was actually in danger from attack.

Dunno about you guys, but I liked this chapter.

Yeah, it's chaotic as usual, with useless new characters being introduced outta nowhere, but I enjoyed ex Yonko dynamics in their young days, and Ray really had a nice "saving the damsel" moment, poor Shakky, she defended herself as much as she could, and it took Sommers to actually bring her down while chained at that.

So it was quite fun imo. Get ready for Rocks dying for the sake of his son I guess...

Not even Sommers could save this chapter. Rayleigh and Shakky have never been shown as a couple before and both of them can barely be defined as characters, I felt nothing when he saved her.

At least we got to see Ganzui

Its not time thats in question here but direction of their arrival. Kaido arrived from west ( left side ) Shiki from right (east ) side .

Oda can write some quite decent character interaction when he wants to. I also thought the Sommers-Shakky interaction was reminiscent of Spandam-Robin.

Yes, I was quite surprised to see him actually hurt a female character again.
