Yeah thats another thing that really bothered me. She could fight Blackbeard with physical strength and haki, he can't nullify haki and even before that, she should have terrified and flexed on Koby with CoC. Oda can't even let Blackbeard win onscreen because either he needs to hide something about how he fights and his true abilities/self or he can't come up with a way for BB to win onscreen lmao.

But Koby went from almost being killed by her instantly to one shotting Pizarro's giant island arm, so make it make sense.

BB had her hold taking away her power which was making her weaker.
We saw when BB hold people with his powers they get weaker right away like luffy or ace but then he hit them away to do damage.
With Boa he did not even want to risk that because her DF was so broken .

The bum went extreme diff with random fodders in his prime and needed Roger to get past Whitebeard. He ain't anywhere close to Roger or WB and this chapter shows that.
A trolling Kizaru was making him huff and puff, didn't even use most of the moves he used against Luffy except the sword.....Kizaru spawned like 50 of his clones with swords in Egghead and Luffy 1 tapped them all.

Actually, Jango and full body were the same level in pre skip.
So jango should have been an hq lieutenant pre skip. It's just that he was a pirate. So he had to start from the bottom.
