What does a complete irrelevant Jozu has anything common with Kaido?
This is about Luffy MF a strong young energetic boy who has beaten warlords and considered as strong, but wasn‘t ready for the top dogs.
Just like Kaido is in GV. A probably strong energetic guy, who wants all the smoke, is strong to beat some decently strength guys, but is far away from competing with the best.

Garp didn’t do a damn thing special in this chapter, these One Piece weirdos wait thousands of chapters to see prime Garp just to settle for him enduring some lousy flames? Flames are the most generic crap we have, Luffy was able to withstand them with “willpower.”

The funny thing is that Kaido got blitzed by base Luffy, BM got blitzed basically by everybody, but sandbagging Kuzan taking hits by him:

They were actively fighting Garp, Kuzan was focused on him too. Garp's burst speed clearly faster than Kuzan reflexes proven
That was a team battle where Garp vs Kuzan was focus. Here in god valley its just clash piece which means almost nothing unless we see some semblance of extended duration
Dragon's past/hero moment being revealed means the Revs are actually moving soon.
They also really need to either move to Alabasta, or Wano, or Elbaph, to, because Moroimo Island is really not defensible.
Thankfully, the Wind Granma, Dragon's ship, is heavily foreshadowed to be able to fly via Dragon's Fruit.
I like Logias, but, THE GUY'S NAME IS DRAGON: come on, he has a Dragon Fruit. What do Flame Clouds let you do? Float.
If Dragon has a Wind-Based (I think Kaido's was Fire/Magma based) Dragon Fruit, he can make Flame Clouds, and sail wherever he wants via his Wind directing the boat.
This would also explain why, despite being the World Government's most wanted Criminal fighting a worldwide revolution, Dragon has not been captured. The Revs can fly wherever they want via their Flagship.
Since Dragon is so big here in God Valley, was somewhat big in Egghead and talked to Vegapunk about their death, was shown watching the Giants take the books to Elbaph, and with the Kuma bits.
The Revs going to Elbaph for Kuma/Bonney/Luffy makes all the sense in the world, especially if they get comms from the WG about an attack on Elbaph.
We'll see Dragon fight Imu soon, IMO. Sabo also has unfinished business with Imu.
If their ship can fly, they can skip the Underworld, too. Furthermore, Lilith is in Elbaph: she has most likely already contacted the Revs somehow, to let her know she's safe. If she didn't, I'm sure the Chimerapunks let Dragon know, somehow.
The Revs are coming to Elbaph. I'll make a thread once the chapter comes out. We're this close to Dragon eating his Fruit, Linlin should be heading towards Kuma and the chests right now, and we know Shanks ends up in one of those chests.
Dragon will gets his own Momo moment, where he turns into a Dragon, and stalls a Top Tier.
Dragon gets his Fruit, then puts Shanks in the chest, thinking the Chest is safe, because everyone, the Nobles, and the Pirates, want the treasure.
Dragon gets in a fight, but, Kuma, who saved people with his Fruit, teleported Shanks using the Paw Fruit, and it ends up on Roger's Crew. Then, we get the scene where the Roger Pirates find Shanks. Also possible Dragon put the chest their, but Kuma needs some heroics, here, too. Would be cool to see them working unknowingly so many years ago, too.
