I like someone's idea here one time that they were giving DFs that harmonised with their desires and fighting styles the best purposely, the most obvious cases being Burgess and Doc Q for example. Makes it much easier for them to actually symbiose or synchronise or w/e and thus as how Doflamingo explained awakenings happen.
