That was after being struck by giant metal bull so no way to tell which attack takes credit for it especially since bull is the one that hit Big Mom in ribcage not shock wille .

Later she tanked another shock wille followed by puncture wille + 2 damned punks + bomb without being knocked out at all.

Also Blackbeard did not suffer something broken from Shock wille.
