Pound by pound as of right now Domi Reversi seems to be the greater deal.

Of course it depends on the characters already pre- existing strength, but if there is two equally powerful characters and one receives the DR boost, while the other get's the Deep Sea Contract, The DR boosted character should end up more powerful.

Whitebeard is the World's Strongest Man, not the World's Strongest Human. It is a gender based title and not a species one. So, unless you think Loki isn't male, then he absolutely falls under the title.

I'm not trying to downplay... Shanks is a character that has done all the things in his life with the help of others, other than rekting Kidd.
No reason to believe he started soloing people when Loki is in question. The reason to doubt is that Loki calls Shanks a coward.
