Um, sky splitting is AdCoC shishio, I don’t know if you missed that part of Wano but that was the whole point of the AdCoC flashback demonstrating that AdCoC is what causes the sky split lol.
So yes, fruitless Oldbeard casually matched Saint Shanks’s AdCoC. Imagine if Whitebeard would have actually used his fruit, Saint Shanks would have been vaporized instantly. Unlike Akainu who low diffed fruited oldbeard with his hands in his pockets.
Dodger was also equally pathetic that Whitebeard didn’t even need to use his fruit against him lol.
For perspective Whitebeard used both his fruit and AdCoC against Xebec:

A classic way to tell when you can’t read is when nobody within the story itself agrees with your opinion.
Gaban is a pathetic Haki merchant like Mihawk and Saint Shanks, Harald didn’t take him seriously and stated that Loki with Nidhoggr was the only one who could actually stop him. Nobody in the actual manga has actually placed Gaban > Loki, because Gaban is a weak Haki merchant with one trick up his sleeve (Haki) and nothing else. He isn’t a real top tier, he is a pseudo top tier, an unexceptional fodder who happens to possess the Haki that would make him a top tier if he also had a godly fruit.
Meanwhile Harald screamed in our face 6 different times that Loki was far stronger than Gaban (see my thread above), and when he mocked Gaban for making an enemy of him, Gaban actually agreed with him that he was unworthy of making an enemy out of Harald lol.
That same Harald hyped himself to fruitless Loki level:
