That skeleton's a bit small to be Sukiyaki. And Oden here was 18. Also, Sukiyaki appointed Oden as the daimyo of Kuri at age of 20. So he was still alive at this time and not a skeleton.
Mihawk was supernova like shanks when oden was in peak form back then
Mihawk has never been into wano or else they will mention him... Also he wouldn't go since he is a warlord and kaido will destroy him. The only place mohawk can enter is Shanks territory since they are like pals and ex rivals.
This is why his title is a fluke.
Oden is getting all the wano from monsters like roger wb snegoku , wano citizens
Ryouma is second
Stop. Lesser villains like:
Senor Pink gets a flashback
Baby 5 gets a brief flashback
Katakuri gets a flashback
Brulee gets a flashback
King will get a flashback. Maybe not fully, but his first time meeting Kaido and becoming his highest subordinate will be shown. History with his race, what happened and how they are wiped, and why it's King that is the only one left. Interaction with other Calamities will be shown.
Next chapter we will still be rolling in the flashback. Probably the next whole month. I'm expecting the manga to resume the present-day plotline maybe around December. These flashbacks are a pain to read on a weekly basis
Lol so true, Mihawk isn't even mentioned in the sword arc. If Mihawk, according to vivrecard, traveled to find strong foes till no one else was left, then why doesn't anyone from Wano even mention him?

Well if the trend since WCI seems to be anything to go by then probably not, especially with the whole family fossil fuel business.
That skeleton better turn out to be some species of ape or something otherwise that would be one of the most fecked up things a non-antagonist has ever done in One Piece.

Even if it's ape or animal skeleton, it is still so fucked up. Imagine a guy using newly dead animal skeleton as his charcoal, and the reaction he can get from people nowadays

You could follow the Argument that he knows Kaido is ruling it with a strict Hand, which means, if there would be anyone able to fight him, this Person would do it. Also, Kaido is more or less on the same Level as shanks, which got rivaled by Mihawk. So Mihawk can asume there would be no one able to beat him in Wano.
