If Zoro is to be a low top-tier at the end of Wano, he needs a significant challenge. Either King = Beckman and Zoro will beat King, or Zoro will take on an Admiral.

I don't see any other way for him to come out of Wano as low top-tier.

But what will push him over that edge? Beating somebody of Katakuri-level is not gonna do it, Luffy did it and got one-shotted by a top-tier.

Besides, I can't figure out Oden's power-level. It shouldn't be difficult to defeat Ashura for a low top-tier. May be Oden got a lot stronger when he rode with WB/Roger?

I don't know about the strongest but he is special.

He has conqueror's haki.

While Marco doesn't have it.

He will lead bm pirates in future & will return to Wano with Jinbe(I can bet on This) .

He is parallel to whitebeard. With a proud back.

Think Luffy be above Yonkos at after the Saga while Sanji and Zoro are Yonko lvl, but still loses to the likes of WB and Shanks though while others are extreme diffed either way.
