Joyboy however had no ability to control neptunians, but he had the ability to guide the mermaid living at the time to control those neptunians, with him despite dying at the time, made sure to leave a message that his successor will eventually come to fulfil that promise with the Ship of promise known as Noah.

Agree. It's just that looking back at it, the parallel with the giant straw hats make me think it may be more than 'just' will.
the 'another King' in the summary (which we assume as Luffy) is mentioned in the same breath as Poseidon that's born once every few hundred years (reincarnated).

I always knew that Luffy is chosen one and has special powers, I actually had very simple idea that now is becoming true. My idea was that there are three kings; King of the seas Shirohoshi who can control sea Kings, King of land Momo who can control giant elephants, King of skies Luffy who can control Dragons and the Dragon is the big egg on Rogers' ship. These three are the ancient weapons; Pasaidon, Pluton (a giant ship/elephant) and Uranus and everyone of them can control only their one creature, it isn't a coincidence that Luffy's father's name is Dragin hence Luffy is the son of Dragon.
