no it is not man the grand fleet was founded because of Kaido in the first place and Luffy said he will ask for their help if he is in need now he is for sure is in need , he will not ask directly but he has a crew member who can makes decions for Luffy and that is damn Jinbe and he has the power to gather his allies very quickly using his sharks he can speaks to the marine lifeforms so expect him to come with an army better than that in Wano . Luffy is gonna taking the praise for defeating the 2 yonkos and i bet not only because of his strength alone but because of his subordinates as well

Both Bartolomeo and Mr. 2 are from the East Blue. That would indicate that both the Bari Bari no mi and the Mane Mane no mi somehow ended up in the East Blue of all places.
