I started to take fights less serious. Decided to focus on plot because post ts oda has fucked up with powerlevel when haki was introduced.

I think dehyping kaido was needed to show luffy will take on kaido .

Not really...though there are some inconsistencies here and there, fights are not so illogical as you claimed....things won't work like it happens in DBZ....there is lot of context and mindset of the certain people to consider....

WB has supreme blade and top class haki failed
Shanks who matched Mihawk in swordmanship didnt leave a scar
BM didn't do a thing

But somehow Mihawk will do?

If any blade/power can scar Kaido then why didnt both oden swords get hyped by Oda? Why didnt Navy leave a scar?

C'mon, Mihawk isnt cutting Kaido unless he gets Enma.

The raid will fail, thats how japanese plays go. The 3rd act is a tragedy, the 4th act the heroes regroup and lick their wounds and the 5th act is the climax, the marines are gonna get involved as well as blackbeard at the bare minimum. If you really think that luffy and his band of merry lads and some wb commanders are gonna be able to deal with 2 yonko crews when the whole marines were mobilized to deal with old and sick wb then you are completely dellusional. No matter how strong luffy got which is not enough.

anyway and if the straw grand fleet commander members come they will more powerful as it was stated by Oda in chapter 800, imagine them they trained all the time since Dressrosa and fought some battles and increased their numbers as well. being Luffy's subordinates will enable them to recruit more people as well

it will not i bet on that since the full moon is only once in a month and it was in the prophecy of Toki .
