Lol its not surprised really that oden manage to fight kaido...this is oden who have travelled with WB and rogers for few years off course he will be stronger also...this is like prime oden vs non prime kaido and yet kaido still can evenly match with oden...kaido was right if they fought 5 years ago they will lose but now kaido is way stronger than before...the question is why toki send them to 20 years later when kaido is already at his prime...what sort of advantage they get in 20 years future that enable them to defeat kaido? It is because of luffy?

Oden heard the sea kings talking with Roger and likely told Toki. 10 years for Poseidon to be born + 15 for her to grow up = 25 years.

Oden dancing for 5 years + 20 more years from Toki = 25 years.

Poseidon's power needs to be fully mature for the next Joyboy to do his thing. Toki expected the next Joyboy to live in this period, perhaps be recruited by the Scabbards.
