Wow, would you look at that? So Oden did have a reason to dance for five years and not kill Orochi immediately, and a very good one at that? But all that hate and “criticism” for the past two chapters?!? It’s almost like you actually have to wait for the story to progress before shitting on it in order to see how certain segments play out, lest you reveal that you’re not making arguments in good faith and are biased. Who would have guessed?

You are mistaken they are not giant. I could possibly believe kaido is an ancient dragon its as simple as that. I am not sure if kaido has a df btw ?

There are hint about kaido that is left he is not human or living beung je is constantly being called beast or thing refers to it he might be a dragon.

This could be possible kaido is one of the last race left .

There is also in last chapter kaido converses with oden regarding kozuki clan and how their ancestory would be ashamed of him ?

I get the gist but oda is def not telling to much about kaido. Kaido has only been relevant during punk hazard.

I am sure kaido has a connection with one piece treasure. I am waiting there is something oda has left lot of clues.

Oda is playing with emotions of audience , he is making them feel what people of wano feeling. Every reaction of audience is same as people of wano.

Till 968 , everyone was worshipping Oden . Both people of wano and reader was treating him as ultimate chad.

After 969, both Audience and Wano started calling him a fool and some even ridiculed him because of his attitude towards situation of Wano.

Now after 970 , their behaviour is cold. Both sides are saying what was the point of fighting. This battle was so boring that neither people of wano care about it nor did audience.

Wait for 971, everything will flip on its head.

We all know how people reacted towards Katakuri and Pudding untill everything about them was revealed.

I remember pudding reveal but it was predictable she was snitching on luffys group by misleading them. I liked her character she should have stayed as evil bitch i cringed at her back story guess oda wanted pudding to be nice cant blame him.

Katakuri is def my top 3 char since timeskip , he started as an evil guy who can see future to a person who believes in fair fight. Katakuri deep down was a nice person he put on that mask of perfect brother .

To speak about the return to the present and future events of the arc I feel there will be another twist with BM similar to Mother Carmel's picture, her mental crisis just before she could go exterminate the Straw Hats and their allies during WCI arc or the amnesia thing.
I also expect the CPO and marines to come.

It ll be God valley pt2 again trust me. So far oda as build up marines + luffy alliance will fight bm + kaido .
