You are completely missing the point.

Firstly, Kaido was drunk. All he could think about was how Luffy and Law ruined his SMILE manufactures.
Secondly, Zoro's identity was unknown to both Jack and Kaido at the time. If Jack had arrived and saw Luffy and Zoro beating on his crewmates, he'd have fought both of them.
Thirdly, Zoro has yet to do something that makes Kaido angry, or at least something he knows. Well, with how much he wants to kill Orochi, that's gonna put him on Kaido's hit list, per Orochi's claim.

R2: Few VS Kaido: some of SN and Probably Some of 9RS will and Luffy Will Fight with Kaido (if Oda Want Probably Zoro Will Cut Kaido in this Round) kaido will be nerfed
R3: Luffy VS Kaido (Final Blow or 1v1 Fight for some Time) : Probably Luffy will Have Another G4 Form and Will Use Against Kaido and will defeat Him and after that if oda want kaido dead: Zoro/Kidd/BB/etc will kill kaido (Luffy won't kill any one)

Just look at the other arc in One Piece, you’ll see that every end of arc fight for Zoro was build throught the arc thzt’s why it was obvious that he will fight :

-The Meow brothers...oh wait no, the first time he saw them he fought and beat them

Bro do you realize the inhabitants of Wano are all small fishes? Or else Kaido would have already been dead. No one is close to opposing him. Not even close.
