Im glad i was right about Denjiro = Kyoshiro. He's my favorite scabbard by far. The struggle he's gone through working for Orochi and protecting Hiyori this 20 years is incredible. Also being the witching hour boy. Just greatness.

Denjiro is best character out of this flashback, tho would have been better if Oda builded more into his initial story of started following after Oden.

I mean, Rage in itself is self explanatory, how much Oden death has affected him and then to work for the same enemy/scum for 20 years, carrying after his orders and going against his own people, must have been very painful, with saving Hiyori in the process only relief for him in those years.

I think Kyoshiro realised the damage that spy caused in the entirety of plan when Inu/Neko started fighting, and hence joined Orochii to gain upperhand same way when the time comes.

Kyoshiro has fulfilled the role of being the Retainers best.
