That would be cool if she and her crew fight against the marines while the alliance confronts Kaido and Orochi but it may happen later in the arc, possibly during Act 4.

She only has a part of her crew with her best fighter back in totto. Unless something drastic happens she'll probably escape in the confusion of the battle.
