The All Stars share the same rank. And King hates Queen, as do the Tobi Roppo. So I guess King is trying to appease them and remove Queen.

What i understand from the spo :
- If the F6 bring Kaido's son to Kaido they will have a right to challenge the All-Star (ofc that doesn't say they can actually beat them)
- King says F6, as a group of former pirate crews captains, are all aiming at becoming an AllStar

If he’s trying to be an all star he’s for sure below queen king and jack ? If he was strong enough Kaido would already put him as an all star.
