People already figured out Who's Who's identity and the dude's name is Sarkis, Bellamy's right hand man, and based on that his maximum power level Is around Bellamy level and that just because he ate ancient Zoan but I personally think he's weaker than Bellamy even with ancient Zoan unless he had some training with Blackbeard.

My guess is Denjiro knows that even a surprise attack wouldn't kill Sasaki fast enough. So instead he captured him because time is of the essense.
