I honestly disagree, though you may be right.
By "killing" Orochi, I think Oda is trying to shift the focus of the arc
Oda is narrowing down the enemy forces into a singular threat: this is a battle between PIRATES.
This is the YONKO saga.
I believe Oda is trying to hammer down the notion that KAIDO and BIG MOM are the central co-antagonists of the arc.

Okay just read korean spoiler , this makes sense if Kaido is planning to convert flower capital into one of his labor camps to increase his weapon factory .

This is perhaps Kaido annoucement to Marines that a war is coming upon them , there is no doubt an Admiral will definately be sent . This war will be fought wit straw hat alliance + marines against beast pirates and big mom crew .

Perhaps i actually think we might see kaido's downfall in wano itself . Dont believe it , i am more of concerned how is he planning to recruit in mass if there is huge war upcoming . I am more likely to believe kaido has an ancient weapon and was probably bidding his time when things setup .

He didnt really waste anything , we saw rise of orochi . He backstabbed everyone he knew and his downfall was the person who was loyal to him for past 20 years .

He was nothing more than tool to kaido . I dont think he has meet his end . Orochi is still an important character if people think he died then god bless everyone lol !

Well I doubt that Kaido's New Onigashima Project is very compatible with her own utopia project.

And I doubt that she would want to share Pudding's ability with Kaido to decypher the Poneglyhs if Pudding ends up awakening her third eye nor that Kaido will want to share the world with her either.

And that's not counting the possibility of her having another change of personnality and that Perospero doesn't approve the alliance with Kaido and may try to sabotage it with a deception.

Orochi is definitely alive....he has mythical df ...of course if Kaido made sure Orochi dead, then he was dead or it is like "You are useless for us, go die you faggot" and "thunder baguaed" him without caring about his life/death....

now the question is if he ain't dead yet, which route Orochi will go once he recovers

1) Scabbards take advantage and slay him hard for what he did while Orochi giving his final words?

2) Orochi being an ass wants to end Kozuki bloodline before he dies and gets killed in the process

3) Orochi helping alliance
