Your underestimating just how big the Noah was, and given a little bit more time, Luffy was going to destroy the Noah. The Sea Kings IIRC even said as such. And this was a Luffy that was injured and bleeding out.
One casual G3 attack, vs one of the Strongest Attacks Zoro's ever produced just to get one guy.

King can't even make Sanji bleed from. The face or nose from this attack.

Which just proofs Sanji being more durable lol.

Sanji's base kick dislocated Niji's jaw and dented Yonji's whole face.
Yet, RS Judge with using a named attack, elektricity + booster kicked Sanji in the face and barely scratched him.
So i don't know, either Sanji's base kick is several times stronger than Judge's named RS attack or Sanji is just more durable than his siblings. Choose something lol.

Please, This is Pica, He'd sooner run away and hide than to take that. If Pica actually took this, Pica would have been practically almost done for the rest of the arc. Instead he knew right away who he was dealing with and bitched out.
