Luffy spams G4 like it's casual might be a good thing. Luffy might have stronger form than G4

Wouldn't count on that. Showing better mastery, less strain while in use and having an increase in time limit should be good enough.

No need to waste it on fodders/mid tiers even if he has a stronger form. It makes G4 look trivial which it isn't in the slightest.

Jack is stronger than any Duke in a 1v1, sulong or not, that's why Oda can't have them take him on 1v1, he's just too strong.

Oda will use Mammoth jack as a hypetool for Sulong, then Jack beats at least one of the dukes in hybrid.
